Environmental and Zoo Education Centre staff have collaboratively developed professional development courses.
Teaching staff are able to take part in a professional learning course available through Red Hill, either at the centre or at your school. The course is called ‘Integrating the Sustainability Cross Curriculum Priority' (NSW Teachers Institute Course No RG00451), and contributes to four hours of registered PL (one hour pre-reading and three hours face to face).
The course unpacks the Sustainability Cross Curriculum Priority and showcases practical ways to integrate sustainability into teaching and learning programs.
