Tinja Farm (Lowe Wines)
Tinja Farm is home to Lowe Wines - an organic & biodynamic winery, vineyard and farm, headed by David Lowe. Backed by over 45 years of hands-on experience, Lowe follows a minimal intervention philosophy to produce wine from untrellised and unirrigated vineyards. The unique setting and management of Tinja Farm allows students to engage in real-life experiences where sustainability and biodynamic farming can be seen, and studied, in action.
