Cudgegong Catchment
The Cudgegong Catchment is located within Central-West NSW and incorporates the creeks and tributaries of the Cudgegong River. The Cudgegong River is significant both culturally and environmentally, as it flows into the Macquarie-Castlereagh catchment and subsequently into the Murray-Darling Basin.
Red Hill EEC delivers various learning programs along the Cudgegong River, allowing students to engage in hands-on activities within their local catchment area.

Getting here
The river begins within the Wollemi National Park at Ganguddy-Dunns Swamp, and flows through multiple regional townships, including Rylstone, Mudgee and the outskirts of Gulgong.
